Good to know
Before your first visit
- Consultations with our Nurse are free.
- First-time laser clients need a free consultation and test spot at least 24 hours before their first treatment.
- Shave the areas to be treated 12 to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Avoid retinol and other active ingredients for one week before treatment.
- Avoid medications that can cause sun sensitivity for two weeks before treatment. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before stopping a prescription.
- Microneedling is not suitable for active acne.
